At The Crew Lacrosse Club, we are more than a men’s league team. We are businessmen with families who have a sincere passion in continuing advancing the sport of lacrosse through experience, energy, hard work, education, and innovation! Our mission is to use our men’s team to play nationwide and give back to the youth programs. Whether that is our private lessons/camps, doing charity work to grow/promote lacrosse in their specific town, or help motivate and drive kids to play at the next level.

Byron Catroppa hails from Central Florida and has been playing lacrosse for over 20 years now. He brings a precise amount of leadership, passion, knowledge, and tremendous amount of energy. After middle school and highschool, he went on to play for University of Central Florida and Team Italy. Since his playing days, Byron took up being a head coach around Florida at the likes of FLCHS, Sweetlax, VCL, and DME.
Since Florida, Byron has moved his talents to the beautiful New England Area. Where he was the assistant coach at Division II, Post University. Currently, he is the head coach at 2 Way and the assistant coach at South Windsor HS. Byron started The Crew in 2022 as a platform for past or current lacrosse players to participate in tournaments nationwide.
